Most market dashboards show you prices. CrisisBoard shows you where stress is coordinating across otherwise unrelated markets - because that coordination, not any single move, is what turns a drawdown into a crisis. Every few minutes we ingest equity, credit, FX, volatility, and news-flow data from 16 regions, score each region against a fixed set of stress signals, and roll the result into a single 0-20 crisis score per region and a global risk level for the system as a whole.
The framework is simple on purpose. A region enters MONITOR when a handful of early signals line up (banks weak, credit widening, vol creeping). It escalates to PHASE 1 once breakdown signals confirm, and to PHASE 2 when funding or dislocation signals fire on top of that. The scores you see below are rules-based, not black-box ML - you can click any region to see exactly which signals drove it there.
Crisis spreading across 6 regions (KR, BO, EG, RU…), regional meltdown — BO, EG, RU, PL, UA — crisis unfolding during active trading hours
3 of 12 systemic conditions triggered — System stress: 18.4%

When markets are healthy, all domains move together. When they disagree — some stressed while others calm — it’s the earliest sign of a crisis forming.

Region scores are not forecasts. A score of 12 doesn't mean a 12% chance of a crisis; it means that a region has hit enough confirming signals to cross into Phase 1. Treat the score as a measuring stick for stress that is already visible in markets, not as a prediction of what will happen tomorrow. A quiet market can still break - but a region at 10+ has almost always shown elevated readings before a well-known crisis.
Coordination is the signal. A single market selling off is noise. When banks, credit, volatility, and FX all move the same way across several regions at once, that's when textbook crises form. That's why the coordination matrix and the global gauge tend to move before any individual region does - contagion is usually visible in the cross-section before it is visible in any one country.

Market data comes from Yahoo Finance; news tone and geopolitical events from the GDELT Project; prediction-market probabilities from Polymarket; central bank policy dates from public releases. AI briefs are generated by large language models constrained to the data shown above - they do not invent numbers, they summarize what the signals are doing.
