The brief condenses the live dashboard into a three-page report you can print or save as a PDF: an executive summary (overall risk, active signals, regions in crisis, the worst region, the current market regime and the top anomalies), a table with every region's state and score, and an analysis section with the latest AI-written commentary, the capital-flow regime, safe havens and risk-seeking flows. It is rebuilt from live data each time you open it.
How to read it. Start with the overall risk level - it reflects the worst state of any single region, so one region in crisis is enough to raise it. Then use the regional table to see whether stress is concentrated or broad, and the anomaly and flow sections to see what is moving underneath the scores.
Limitations. The commentary is written by a large language model twice a day (09:00 and 21:00 UTC) from the dashboard's scores and signals - treat it as commentary, not as a forecast or advice. It is not yet generated in every language. The worst region is chosen by raw score, which favours regions that track more signals.
